Levante Express Returns to Naples with Direct Call

In order to satisfy market demand and reflect MSC’s commitment to developing its European Short Sea network between Italy and Northern Europe, MSC is revising the port rotation of its Levante Express service.

The Levante Express service will now return to Naples with a direct call, replacing the current Naples Shuttle Service, and will no longer call at Gioia Tauro on its northbound leg. Gioia Tauro will, however, continue to be well-connected to MSC’s global service network.

The first vessel on the revised rotation will be MSC AZOV, voyage 330R, ETA Naples on 2 August 2023.

Transit times to London Gateway in 8 days from Naples, 6 days from La Spezia. Transit times to Rotterdam in 10 days from Naples, 8 days from La Spezia.

The revised rotation of Levante Express service will be as follows:

London Gateway – Rotterdam – Antwerp – Valencia – Gioia Tauro – Alexandria El Dekheila – Beirut – Mersin – Naples – La Spezia – London Gateway
