Issued in 2015 and updated in 2020, the MSC Code of Business Conduct reflects MSC’s commitment to conduct business in a fair, ethical and responsible manner. Guided by MSC Group Values and setting a common standard for our global operations, all MSC employees at our global Headquarters and our worldwide Agencies are expected to apply the Code of Business Conduct. The Code of Business Conduct complies with international and national applicable regulations and standards, including the United Nations Global Compact Ten Principles.
