MSC is taking certain actions to adjust capacity in line with the slowing demand on the Transpacific US East Coast network. Therefore, we will temporarily suspend our Liberty service until further notice which will reduce the number of calls in USA and also help alleviate existing port congestion.
The vessel IAN H voyage 5E, 23 November in Vung Tau, will be the last sailing on Liberty service, until further notice.
The call to Charleston will be induced on MSC’s America service, as from vessel AXEL MAERSK, voyage 248W, ETA 27 November in Hong Kong.
The updated America service rotation will be:
Hong Kong – Nansha – Yantian – Vung Tau– Singapore – New York – Charleston – Savannah – Miami – Freeport – Tanjung Pelepas – Hong Kong.
